Delete your account & data
How to remove your ITAV account and associated information.
In the ITAV app
- Sign in to ITAV.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account permanently, expand it, and follow the steps.
This removes your account and data we hold for that account, subject to any limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Cannot use the app?
Contact us using the support options described in the app or on this site, from the email address associated with your account, so we can verify ownership and process your request.
